Refund/Return/Exchange Policy:-

We do not accept any refund after payment made.

There are 4 situations as below:

1) We provide pick-up services to your address, the return postage fee as below:
West Malaysia: RM16
East Malaysia: RM24

2) If you choose to post your own, the top up postage will be a one-way fee as below:
West Malaysia: RM8
East Malaysia: RM12

3) If you choose to purchase more clothes, you will enjoy free return postage on the previous clothes

4) If the clothes is damaged or colored at the time you received or it is wrong product received, we will arrange a replacement for you immediately without any surcharge.

All exchange/return clothes must remain in the original condition when you received it.
